RMA & Warranties
Although Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) are few and far between, sometimes things happen and handhelds become damaged. In the event that an RMA becomes necessary, we are happy to help. If you would like to expedite the RMA process, please have the serial number ready upon request. The serial number can be obtained from the sticker beneath the battery on your handheld device.
