Dear eLIMBS customers - current and future,

We are excited to announce that DMSi has acquired eLIMBS.  DMSi has a long history serving building products industries from Roofing & Siding, Drywall, LBM distributors and dealers, Millwork distributors, and Softwood and Hardwood Lumber distributors.  DMSi was founded in 1976 and has grown to a team of over 170 people and a customer base of over 400.  Our customers range in size from $1 million up to $5 billion in annual sales.

DMSI has always been niche focused, just like eLIMBS, and have expanded to adjacent markets over the years.  As one of the owners of DMSi, I can tell you that we love serving niche markets.  We know specialized industries appreciate targeted functionality and knowledgeable service.  I have personally implemented our DMSi Agility ERP system in every one of our market segments and have come to really love the unique requirements of the Hardwoods Industry.  We are niche focused and the Hardwoods Industry is about as niche as you can get!

DMSi is committed to Hardwoods.  With the recent release of the TallyExpress product, the existing market presence of our flagship Agility product in the hardwood distribution market, and now the acquisition of eLIMBS; we are able to bring together the size and resources of DMSi to the niche focus of eLIMBS to supply the hardwood industry with the best software on the market from timber to retail through one vendor.

Through the acquisition process we learned how deeply Amy, Phil, and the eLIMBS team care about their customers which lines up with exactly how we view our customers.  We strive to do what is best for our customers and to give them the best overall solution on the market.  I am excited to work closely with Amy, Phil, and the eLIMBS team to build on what they have started and maintained over the years.
