Service & Support

eLIMBS, LLC stands firmly behind the products we develop and sell. In many cases, if you need support, we can provide you with a replacement eLIMBS handheld unit via overnight delivery, or arrange for an on-site support call to handle most implementation or setup issues.

With the purchase of either the eLIMBS Handheld or Server Systems, we plan a 1-day on-site installation, to install the eLIMBS hardware and software, and provide a training overview of its operation to your front office and yard staff. 24-hr Phone/Email Support Response		Data Import/Conversion
We respond within 4 hours of your support request and usually are available right when you call. In addition we will provide you with after hours support numbers so you can call us anytime, when you need us. Call eLIMBS tech support, and talk to a real person - no voicemail maze.		You don't have to lose your old inventory or tally data. We'll convert and import old inventory system data - ready for your use in eLIMBS.
